Trust me they are complete scam and are trained to scam.
First they said everything is okay and then they will not give you the bonus. Their reason is “for security purposes, we cannot disclosed the reason”. Which means they can do whatever they want. Also, your deposited 10USD cannot be withdraw because you dont have the minimum amount for withdrawal.
