To date, there has been no official notice, explanation, or communication from your side regarding the cause of this outage or the measures being taken to resolve it.

    I urgently request your clarification on the following points:

    The reason for the PAMM investor login page being unavailable since 2 October 2025.

    Whether our investment funds remain safe and intact during this system downtime.

    The expected timeline for restoring full access to the investor portal.

    When investors will be able to log in and withdraw their funds without further delay.
